This is a person from Manhattan that acts as if the other four boroughs( Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island)don't exist. This person sees nothing wrong with shelling out $2000 a month for a rat-infested studio, just because it's near Bungalow 8. They usually assume that if you're from the "outer boroughs"(an insult in itself), that you must be broke, on welfare, or reduced to wearing a bullet-proof body suit to survive in your "poor" neighborhood.
