What is Manjaro?

Refers to when a player receives a "Killamanjaro", a medal in the popular video game Halo 2 given for a string of kills, but implies that was earned by killing "newbs", and not respectable players.

I got a manjaro by killing those stupid babbling 13-year-olds over and over again.
