Synonym for the 101 Freeway. Especially the segment between San Francisco (California, USA) and San Jose (California, USA). Used by a small group of people of East Indian origin residing in the San Francisco Bay Area. Manmohan is also the first name of the current (May 2004-Present) Indian Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh.
