What is Manmoon?

When someone gets in trouble for having weed in their room because it smelled even though they weren't the ones causing the smell; when someone gets arrested, guns drawn, for drinking in their room, but later make jokes with the cops and become BFF, leading to their release without jailtime and a warrant, dead or alive, if seen in hassayampa ever again. All of this leads to the definition.....a disguise tattooed onto the face to make one look like there is a moon on them (rather than a moonman, manmoon's opposite, which is a man on the moon).
