A person who desires to be male. Secret or no secret they are most likely not interested in "girlish" activities and can have a natural hate for being female. The best explanation is that they've been a boy in their previous life, being mean or excessively rude to women and so reborn female to be taught a lesson.
Mannature: Many men are doomed to be reborn as something they hate most in order to love it, but have majority man nature.
