The act of picking up a guy by his knees from behind without his knowledge and yelling "MANROCKET!" at the same time. This shock will create a shock in their system that prevents retaliation for about 2 seconds, thus giving you time to run. This also works on girls, but this has not fully been tested. The act of grabbing a person from behind at the knees and lifting them up as far as possible, then releasing them violently, while shouting, "MANROCKET!" For person(s) with larger size, use two people, one for each leg.
