(1) A boy who THINKS he's a man, but has very girly tendencies such as: watching Gilmore Girls, having little armpit hair, not being able to play sports or video games, can't face his problems and doesn't act like a gentleman.

(2) Cross between a man and a pansy.

I can't believe he thinks he's mature, he's the biggest mansy ever!
