The imaginary beauty that men fantasize about when they practice making love alone. Derived from the Spanish "mano" for hand, hence "Manuela" and "little Manuela"=Manuelita.

As in: "Tengo una cita con Manuelita" -- or, " I have a date with Manuelita."
