What is Maoish?

Used to describe someone when they are being cranky or feisty. It was taken from the emperor King Mao because he was a very mean cranky dictator in china during the Mao Dynasty.
The dean was so maoish, he was yelling at me and gave me detention for three weeks and all i did was through paper in class!
