someone who messes up numerous times throught the course of multiple nights.
someone who blows the bowl 2 times , spills ashes 2 times, gets told to run to walmart for ping pong balls and when he gets back he has bouncy balls that we dont even use.
i.e. - haha your such a marclipsy.
