a condition where a caucasian individual is only aquainted with one African-American person, and therefore feels every African-American person they encounter looks like said acquaintance.

White Guy 1: "Hey look that guy looks just like Marcus!!!"

White Guy 2: "Yea he does... kind of..."

White Guy 1: "Yea not really, I think its just because he's black. Must be the Marcus Syndrome."
