When a girl of spanish descent is very small and annoying and won't shut the fuck up.
Women and young girls that have maria syndrome often experience feelings of wanting to own high heels to be able to see over things. It is also common for these individuals to experience feeling of anxiety when traveling around school lockers for fear they may be pushed in.
Jack: Hey have you seen Maria? I haven't seen her in spanish for like 4 days.
