What is Mariwhiner?

A closed minded individual who spends 90% of their time protesting against smoking in an annoying and unintelligent manner. Usually backed up with little or no scientific data.
Doctor: I wish I could give this patient medical marijuana and let him die in peace, but those Mariwhiners won't let our government legalize it.
