What is Mark Fan?

One who resembles a horse, usually of Asian decent. In most cases, a "Mark Fan" would be a horse-faced asian school boy who gives 110% at trying to fit in, but never manages to do so. Thus, only replying to such remarks as this with "haters..". A "Mark Fan" would also be getting a brand new Honda Civic and getting it totaled in less than 2 months.
"Dude, that horse #3 just Mark Fan'd that shit!"
"I think your gayness has become equivalent to that of a Mark Fan"
