What is Markm?

Internet slang for a pre-operative transsexual (pre-op tranny). The term is in wide use on many web boards, most notably arfcom (ar.15).

Chris: "Hey Bob, did you hear Gary's really a markm."

BOB: "My god, no, I had no idea he was a really a pre-op tranny."
