This is used to describe a person who takes extreme predjudice towards others that are not masedonian due to his lack of intelligence and penis size. usually a Masedonianpetrovski will have a strange attraction to fancy clothes and will buy fake ones to pose as being rich.
i was walking down the street when Micheal started to pick a fight with me because i made fun of his black trenchcoat. He then proceded to make racial comments about me but i didnt care because deep down i knew he was a Masedonianpetrovski.
