A derogatory term for somebody who has acted like an idiot. A more 'work friendly' alternative to ' dickhead' ' cock' or ' cunt'

'Rod', a noun, replacement of the word 'cock' or 'dick'

Not to be used with the words 'have'/'has' ie: You have a massive rod.
