A mat fag is a homosexual amateur wrestler. Most mat fags only wrestle because of the sexual pleasure they derive from participating in the sport. Many mat fags will showboat their opponents (Esp. teammates) with extremely gay antics/taunts similar to those of the WWE's Rico.

That Franklin heavyweight is such a mat fag. He had a boner the entire match and he engaged in pelvic thrust taunts on his opponent throughout the whole thing.
