What is Mathtronica?

Electronic music that is overly wrought with hyper rhythms that change frequently and micro-tonal melodies that, while impressive in its production and technique, tends to be musically uninteresting.
I used to love all the stuff on Warp records, but as of late their stuff tends to sound like mathtronica.
