Can also be referred to as koi boi, koi boi choy, or just koi. This is a person who throws a lot of parties (which have to have the right ration of girls to guys, even if the girls are ugly and fat) and like to get really wild. He is known to run around with two other crazy pple, known as the aussies. If you see him around, be careful of what you say to him because he may just flip. But he is an overall nice guy.
Girl: "Hey did you go to that party at courtyards 315 last night?"
Guy: "Ya I walked in but this crazy kid Matt Choy did not know who I was and kicked me out."
