A nickname for a really, extremelly dumb person who is often mistaken for mentally disabled people, but have no extra or less chromosomes nor posses a disease that is causing the brain to not function properly. MattG's are just simply stupid.

If you gathered all the village idiots in the world and put them in one village, MattG would be the village idiot for that vilalge of idiots.
