Named for the creator - a man named Max who invented the move with his girlfriend who are believed to be the first people to successfully complete the Max Spin - it is a sexual position where the man lays on the bed and the girl is on top. Once the man is positioned inside the girl the girl then reaches up and grabs the ceiling fan and begins to rotate giving both participants a very sensual feeling.
