What is Maxi-nachos?

Noun: An assortment of month-old used Maxi pads, baked for 15 minutes at 450 degrees and served with a fresh sals of uteral lining. Traditionally served with a queef burrito. Can also be used as an insult (in lieu of douchenozzle).
Maxi-Nachos Example 1:
Me: Dude, I'm hungry.
Jack: Yeah let's get some fuckin' Maxi-Nachos.
Me: And Queef Burritos?
Jack: Where's your sister?
Maxi-Nachos Example 2:
Me: Son of a bitch. There is Jimmy again.

Me: Yeah, he's a big ole pile of Maxi-Nachos.
