What is Maysa?

a person (usually a girl) who is beyond perfect and gorgeous, so much that she is hated because her niceness and perfection are at an annoying level. A "Maysa" is someone who achieves everything without trying and many are envious of her.
Boy: "Wow, that girl is so hot!
Boy 2: "I know! I've never met someone so cool either!"
Girl:"All the guys are falling for her and she doesn't even have to do anything for their attention."
Girl 2: "I know, she is SUCH a Maysa."
