Similar to mkay, mbye is when people put mmmmm in the begining of bye. Also used with "bye-bye". Used most frequently by unsophisticated idiots working in the fashion industry who want to seem sophisticated and upper class.
Normally sounds like: "mmmmmm-ba-bye"
"Martha darling, I'm sorry i've got to run to the Coco sample sale, mkay? mbyebye."
"Why do those dumbass bitches who work at Gucci always say mbyebye to me at the end of conversations? Don't they know how fuckin retarded they sound? When they die of hunger, or their own ignorance, it will be me saying mbye."
