A person with an abnormally large and square head. Has a tendancy to fall over as his/her body cannot handle the sheer weight of 'the head'. Often seen obstructing the entire view of televisions.
A: "Oh my days look how abnormally large and square that dude's head is..."
B: "Total mcbroom."
