To be in an uncontrontrollable state of drunkeness but still standing, walking, and carrying on normal conversations, when most everyone else would be passed out from the alcohol intake
Man, everyone passed out at the party last night, but (Insert name here) was McDougalled and ended up in a deep philisophical conversation until early in the morning
