A man who is the epitome of charming. A man that makes the wrong decisions, and is often known as an asshole, jerk, or the ultimate heartbreaker. None other than Patrick Dempsey, who plays Dr. Shepherd on the ABC hit series

A man who is charming, devilishly handsome and basically the kinda guy every girl goes to sleep dreaming about.
He makes you sigh, he makes you swoon, he has faults but you can't see them because they're carefully hidden by his gorgeous looks, quick wit and big heart.
Stems from Patrick Dempsey's character Dr Sheppherd in TV's awesome series "Grey's Anatomy", other definitions have made him out to be a bit of a bad guy but he's not. He's just been dealt some bad cards!

A nickname for Dr. Derek Shepard (played by Patrick Dempsey) from "Grey's Anatomy." This is a very overused, shallow nickname the pathetic, hopelessly desperate main character Meredith (played by Ellen Pompeo) gives him from the beginning of the show. Of course, Mcdreamy is married and he doesn't tell her this even though they date. Anywho, any chick fan of Grey's watches the show only for him, which quite frankly makes me wanna hurl.
Meredith: Izzie, is something wrong?
Izzie: You know, I don't get special treatment just for sleeping with my boss.
Meredith: Excuse me?
Izzie: Apparently, you can satisfy Mcdreamy the way the rest of us can't.
