An Mcflyer is simply an mcfly-fan. But it sounds better to say McFlyer. A Mcflyer isn't normally mcfly-teenie, even if it can be. Everyone who is a fan of mcfly is a Mcflyer, even if they like the word or not.
They don't HAVE to call themself a Mcflyer if they don't like it, but that's up to them.
