verb. sounds like "magurk." when you throw up in the back of your mouth just enough so that you can taste it and it makes you gag, but not enough to spew puke out of your mouth. It is normally induced by something abnormally gross.
guy: did you hear that fat sally got doublepenetrated?
me: ahh dude I just mcguirked.
