The state occurring when a slow-thinking male inadvertently turns down a hot, random female's proposal to join her for a night of unconditional, non-committal sex. This usually occurs because the male isn't used to having to respond to such proposals. As such, the male does not in fact know what to say, and so he says no. See also:
