A McKinley or McKin, is quite similar to a pikey, they normally have minimal amounts of money and will use any means to gain even the smallest amounts of cash. They're normally uneducated, either live on the streets or have acquired their house using "squaters rights", they speak very commonly and only marry people from their own blood-line.

Examples of a McKinley are Julia, otherwise known as Pikey J, Terry the "qualified" handyman and the infamous Le Horizons.
