Used to describe one who has no common sense, nor is booksmart. Also describes a person whofreaks out when they don't understand something
Someone walks up to him and says "Do you know where Mcyd's is", and he says "I have no clue, what the hell is your problem", then the asker says "Jesus, McMental."
