Purchased at McDonald's; you will need a Double Cheeseburger ($1), a 4-Piece Chicken Nugget ($1), extra added BigMac sauce, and a container of McDonald's BBQ sauce. Split the Double Cheeseburger in Half and insert three Chicken Nuggets in between (the fourth one will not fit properly, do whatever you want with it). Then open your container of BBQ sauce and pour it slowly on top of Nuggets. Close sandwich and enjoy!
