A person who you love in a philial manner who still manages to piss you off by being rude, unthoughtful, unintentionally cruel, or just plain annoying.

Sister B: I'm just here to see my fabulous new boyfriend. And by the way, I'm taking your bedroom. And your car. Oh, and by the way? You're babysitting my son. Can I borrow your favorite skirt? It looks SO much better on me than it does on you.
