What is Medical Lake?

A small podunk town in eastern Washington about 30 minutes away from Spokane. Most kids who live in Medical Lake think they live in Spokane. Just go to any of their Myspace pages and it will most likely say "Hi my name is _________, I'm from Spokane WA, and......" There's generally nothing much to do in the town except go to your friend's house, or smoke weed.
