What is Medium Hangover?

Common during an all-day binge-drinking festival. Typically a person is attempting to pace themselves to last the entire day but in doing so doesn't become drunk. The feeling is that of a mild hangover without ever going to bed. Symptoms include headache, boredom, and a general feeling of fatigue.
Dude_A: Dude, we've been drinking for 10 hours! I am completely destroyed.
Dude_B: @#%* this. Let's get some food, I've got a medium hangover.
