Someone who is such a huge douche that you're afraid to look at him because you may turn into a douche yourself.
Derived from Medusa, a monster of Greek mythology, who, upon looking at her, would turn onlookers to stone.
"No, you absolutely are not going home with him! You shouldn't even be looking at him; he's a total medoucha!"
