What is Mega Tard?

Someone who has left their facebook unattended long enough for a friend to violate it. Used only in the victims facebook status. The number of times 'mega' appears before 'tard' refers to how many times the victim has left their facebook unattended.
"John Smith is mega tard" - the first violation
"Joe Bloggs is mega mega tard" - the second violation
"Timmy Thompson is mega mega mega tard" - the third violation
