What is Megakankler?

Someone with abnormally large kankles. Usually a common place for a kankelsauresrex to hide. Found more commonly in obese people or, at a minimum, overweight people. Very unattractive and lumpy.
Oh my god! Is that Tom? What are those things on his legs? He is definitely a megakankler.
