What is Megli?

A form of government, often adopted for the first several minutes of a country's existance, then abandoned. Stresses reckless spending, and fufulliment of promises soon to be broken (after the government switches types).
In 1869, the Canadian government moved towards a decidely megli form of government, as did the US in the 1700's.
