A derivation of "meh", usually used when someone says something to you that you don't really care about. Said really fast, and usually without expression or eye contact.
Bob: I bought new shoelaces.
Joe: Mehcool.
(Actually, Joe is really polite, I would have said "Shut the fuck up
bitch , I don't give a shit.")
