a person of odd features. usually a snagle tooth, douschey hair or overly flambouyant glasses that give off a gay or metro vibe accompany his already pathetic apperance. dim wited,his comebacks are usually poor with little thought or creativity involved. Melnars can usually be found in dry humid areas such as texas or bahrain. horrible story tellers, melnars usually blow up situations or make dull events seem extremely unbelieveable, at times these events never even occured. also melnars only have one testicle.
