What is Melpew?

Derogatory term used to describe someone who is as unintelligent and as much of a detriment to society as someone who would work behind the counter at Burger King or McDonald's, especially those of african-american descent. Derived from the phrase "May I help you?", which commonly is shortened to "Melpew?" by those working at the aforementioned establishments. Also melpyew, melpyu, melpu.
"That melpew over there is too dumb to even steal that car."
"Doesn't that melpew have a welfare check to pick up?"
