What is Memfat?

The body's reaction to moving to Memphis, TN, which inevitably results in increased consumption of fried, buttered, and barbecued foods and "vegetables" such as macaroni and cheese, buttered rice, anything accompanied by a hambone, and fruit pie.

I run every morning, but I can't get rid of my memfat . . . Let's get BBQ for lunch!
