Because to do so would offend all the old people around you or you want to make fun of afore mentioned old people. Examples of mennolove are mennohands- where one hand is raised slightly above the other persons in order to hold hands mennonite style, mennohugs- where both people have there arms around each other but neither touch (also called the snobby bitch hug), and mennokissing- kissing either the air (snobby bitch kissing) or blinking each others eyelids so that the other can feel it (eskimo kissing)
