More Information: Promethazine is an antihistamine. It blocks the effects of the naturally occurring chemical histamine in your body. Promethazine is used to treat allergic symptoms and reactions such as itching, runny nose; sneezing; itchy, watery eyes; hives; and itchy skin rashes. Promethazine is also used to cause sedation (sleep), to assist in controlling postoperative pain, to control nausea and vomiting (especially after surgery), and to prevent motion sickness.
I was prescribed Meprozine after having my wisdom teeth pulled and I accidentally took two. After about fifteen minutes I started feeling very peculiar and suddenly....I was FLYING, literally flying. So the next day I got a doctor friend to write me an endless prescription of the stuff, sold my car, and now whenever I want to go somewhere I pop two capsules, put on a sweater and fly.
