Somebody who is constantly feeling sorry for his/herself, who continually degrades his/herself, and tells people trying to help him/her to stop caring about him/her. Somebody who is increasingly and irreversible pessimistic and moody.
Gosh, so-and-so doesnt like me and I'm not good enough for him/her, and I'm not made for the kind of pressure that I'm under, and nobody cares what achievements I make, and I'm overall a completely utterly hopeless person! ARRRGGGHHH!!! I'm such a meredia!"
