What is Mesa Face?

Native to Mesa Arizona displaying general swelling of the face, down syndromesque, fetal alcohol-having characteristics or other white trash traits. Most noticeable personality-wise propensity towards guns, ATVs, Wal-mart, extreme liking of cats, extreme sports but yet never participating i.e. paint balling. The term is not locally specific it can be used to describe and fugly white trash hillbilly / shovel-face creature.
Guy1:That fugly slut-ma looks like she was hit by a shovel.
Guy2: Nah, she's just a mesa face.
