What is Mestiça?

In the portuguese language, commonly used in Brazil, it refers to a woman of varied ethnicity. Unlike "Mulata" for a woman of mixed white and black race, this mixture is typically of white, asian, and or indigenous ancestry. The literal word means, "mixed race".
